SELL ACROSS MORE CHANNELS

Prepare your product catalog for the channels that genuinely fit.

Build cleaner product data and connect eligible commerce channels without treating every marketplace as an automatic opportunity.

Thoughtful strategy · Clear process · Work built to last

WHY THIS MATTERS

More sales channels only help when the catalog and operations are ready.

Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and other marketplaces can expand reach, but each channel introduces rules, product-data requirements and customer expectations. Launching everywhere without a reliable foundation often multiplies problems instead of sales.

We begin with product data, platform eligibility, policies, inventory, fulfillment and ownership. Then we recommend the channels that fit the business today. If a marketplace is not appropriate—or approval is unlikely—we will say so before you invest in avoidable setup work.

THE CLEVER FREELANCER DIFFERENCE

Transparency, knowledge and passion define us.

Our process comes from years of studying markets, customer behavior, technology and the small decisions that separate work that merely exists from work that truly performs. We stay curious, explain what we see and care deeply about helping each client stand out for the right reasons.

BEST FOR

The right starting point

Product businesses with a working fulfillment model, accurate catalog data and the operational capacity to meet each channel’s policies.

EXPECTED OUTCOME

What the engagement creates

A prioritized channel plan, cleaner source data, bounded setup scope and clear ownership of inventory, orders, customer service and compliance.

WHAT WE COVER

A practical scope built around the outcome

WAYS WE CAN HELP

The right solution starts with the right questions

These are common ways an engagement may take shape—not a generic menu we push onto every business. Your assessment helps us understand the goal, recommend the most useful path and provide a clear written scope, timeline and investment before anything begins.

HOW TO THINK ABOUT IT

The best marketplace is the one your operations can support profitably.

The assessment is designed to help sequence the work, not simply add every possible service to a proposal.

  • Start with source data — because every additional channel multiplies errors in titles, identifiers, inventory, pricing and images.
  • Check eligibility early — because category, documentation, business model and account history can change what is possible.
  • Define operations — so orders, shipping, returns, customer questions and policy issues have a named owner.
  • Expand in stages — so one functioning channel becomes a foundation instead of launching several unmanaged feeds at once.

Typically included

  • Catalog and eligibility review
  • Approved account/feed connection
  • Defined product or listing quantity
  • Bounded launch QA
  • Ownership and issue handoff

Separate unless listed

  • Guaranteed marketplace approval or continued eligibility
  • Trademark applications or legal advice
  • Inventory, fulfillment, returns or customer service unless listed
  • Marketplace advertising
  • Unlimited feed repair or catalog migration

THE PROCESS

Deliberate from the first question to the final handoff

We do not begin with a tool, template or predetermined package. We begin by understanding the business, the market and the reason the work matters—then we make each next step visible.

Submitting the assessment does not begin paid work. Paid-client onboarding and service delivery start only after written scope, terms and successful payment or a confirmed subscription.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know what to expect before you submit

Potential channels include Google Merchant Center, Facebook and Instagram catalogs, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Faire and other category-specific platforms. Availability depends on the business, products, country and current platform rules.
Google and Meta typically require a functioning website or shop, accurate policies and a compliant product feed. Etsy requires products and seller activity that fit its permitted categories. Amazon and Walmart commonly require business, identity, tax, banking, product-identifier, category and fulfillment information. eBay, TikTok Shop and Faire also review identity, eligible products, shipping, returns and account standing. Current platform rules are verified during assessment because they can change.
No. Each marketplace controls seller and product eligibility. We support readiness and setup but cannot guarantee approval or continued access.
No. Trademark applications, searches and legal advice are separate from account setup. A qualified referral can be provided when relevant.
Only when a written plan explicitly includes those responsibilities. Standard setup focuses on readiness, product data, account/feed connection and handoff.
Catalog size, data quality, product complexity, eligibility, integrations and the selected marketplaces can change delivery effort substantially. The assessment creates a fair bounded scope.

START WITH FIT

Let’s decide whether we are the right fit

This is a fit assessment—not a payment form. We are selective at the beginning because the best work depends on honest expectations, shared commitment and a problem we can genuinely help solve. If we cannot help—or believe another direction would serve you better—we will tell you.
